Yes. Tickets are transferable, so you can pass yours to someone else if plans change.
We’re unable to accept returns and all sales are final. But you can transfer your ticket to someone else. All sales are final and tickets are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend, your ticket is fully transferable to another guest.
Programming, DJs, match schedules, and talent appearances are subject to change. Changes to line-up or scheduling do not qualify for refunds.
If a specific event date is cancelled by the organiser, ticket holders will be offered a credit valid for any other Club 26 date during the tournament window.

If as a result of a Force Majeure Event, the FIFA World Cup 2026 is cancelled in full by FIFA and/or by the relevant governmental authorities, the buyer shall be entitled to a 100% refund of amounts paid for the Tickets under this Agreement. This refund shall be the sole and exclusive remedy of the Buyer.
Yes. First aid and medical assistance will be available on site throughout all programming hours.
The venue includes both indoor and covered outdoor spaces. In the event of severe weather, programming will continue indoors without interruption. Rooftop events will be adapted as needed.
